Motor Sports Association (MSA). The sole national governing body for four-wheel motor sport in the UK,and is a not-for-profit organisation comprising around 750 affiliated motor clubs, which are represented by 13 Regional Associations nationwide. 

​Formed in 1957, the Association of North-Western Car Clubs is one of 15 Motor Sport Associations set up across the UK, answerable to the governing body, the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association (MSA UK) to administer and encourage motor sport in the area. Geographically, our official area of responsibility it quite small, comprising Merseyside, Cheshire and the North-East of Wales.

Registered with the Motor Sports Association,  CR3MSA.UK is a licensed Stage Safety Unit, Recovery Unit providing assistance to Motorsport Event Organisers operated by a member of the Buccaneer Motor Sports Club.
